How can employees upload documents when requesting Work-from-Home approval, particularly when a medical report is required for extended remote work requests?
Currently, there is no option in the Remote Work request to upload a document while submitting the request.
As an alternative, you can create a Work From Home leave policy, either as a paid leave policy or as an On-Duty leave type. Employees can then apply for this leave and upload the medical document, where you can configure the system to make document submission mandatory.
Since the leave can be configured as paid, you may consider using this option instead of the Remote Work policy.
