How to change the attachment of the probation confirmation letter?

To change the attachment of the probation confirmation letter. Please follow the below steps.

Please go to Settings >> Employee Information >> Automation >> Workflow >> Template >> Mail Merge Template >> Find the template named Probation Confirmation Letter >> Under Probation Confirmation >> Click on Edit >> You will redirected to Zoho Writer >> Modify the content, layout, or fields of the letter as needed >> Once done, click Update Template to save changes.

Please go to Operations >> Employee Information >> and select the particular Employee >> Mail Merge Template >> select the document from the list >> Merge >> new screen will as per the screenshot.
