How to setup 7 carried-forward Earned leaves for year and overall cap of 21 days over multiple years?
To setup 7 carried-forward leaves for year and overall cap of 21 days over multiple years
Please log in to Zoho People with Super Admin credentials. Please follow the below steps.
1. Please go to "Settings" to the top right corner and navigate to " Leave tracker" and click on it.
2.. Click on Leave Policy under Configuration and click on the leave policy (e.g. earned leave) for which you want to set up the carry forward rule.
3.. Under "Edit leave Policy" click on "Entitlement"(from the left menu) and then go to the section "Carry forward unused leave". Here you can set the carry-forward leaves and the set the "Carry forward with over all limit", "07 Units", and "overall limit 21" as per the screenshot and recheck.
Note: Please review the data before updating the new leave policy, as it will update with the new leave details once saved.
