How to update the weightage of a competency in Performance Module of Zoho People, and is it possible to modify the weightage after the self-appraisal has already been submitted?
The weightage of the competency can be updated by navigating to Operations > Performance > Methods, selecting the competency, and add the weightage accordingly.
Please note that if the self-appraisal has already been submitted by any users, the weightage cannot be modified, as the review has already been submitted.
