What are the three important(Add, Used, and Balance) fields displayed in Zoho People's system for customizing a leave policy related to an employee's leave details for an annual cycle?
The customize a leave policy in Zoho People, the system shows three important fields related to an employee’s leave details for Annual Cycle.
#i. Add : This shows how many leave days have been allocated or credited to the employee for that leave type.
Examples:
Annual Leave: 12 days credited
Sick Leave: 6 days credited.
#ii. Used : This shows the total number of days the employee has already taken from that specific leave type.
For example:
If the employee has taken 3 Annual Leave days, the “Used” column will show 3.
#iii. Balance : This shows how many leave days are still remaining after subtracting the used leaves from the allocated leaves.
Formula:
Balance = Add – Used
