How to access the inactive user account form details in Zoho People?
To access the inactive user account form details.
Please log in to Zoho people with Supper Admin credentials.
1. Please go the "Settings" top right corner of the page and click on " Marketplace"
2. A new screen will be opened and under "Zoho" go to "Zoho directory" click on "Configure" .
3. A new pop up will be opened and click on "View"
4. A new screen will be opened and under "Users" and "Inactive users" and click the particular user account.
5. A new popup will open. Click on the "Edit" option.
6. A new popup will open. You can find the all information submitted via form.
