How to Generate Backup code for MFA recovery option in Zoho People?

To Generate Backup code for MFA recovery option in Zoho People.

Please log in to Zoho People with Super Admin credentials. Please follow the below steps.

Please log in to Zoho people with Supper Admin credentials.

Please go the  "Settings" top right corner of the page and click on " Marketplace"


A new screen will be opened and under "Zoho" go to "Zoho directory" click on "Configure" .


A new pop up will be opened and click on "View"


A new screen will be opened and under " Users" and "Active users" and click the user who is facing issue and click on "Three Dots(...)" and click "Generate Backup code".


A new screen will open. Under "MFA Recovery Options" go to Backup verification codes and click on "Generate new code"
