How to reset the MFA from Zoho directory?
To reset the MFA from Zoho directory by following the below steps.
Please log in to Zoho people with Supper Admin credentials.
1. Please go the "Settings" top right corner of the page and click on " Marketplace"
2. A new screen will be opened and under "Zoho" go to "Zoho directory" click on "Configure" .
3. A new pop up will be opened and click on "View"
4. A new screen will be opened and under "Users" and "Active users" and click the user who is facing issue and click on "Reset MFA" and recheck.
