How can we ensure uninterrupted admin access to an appraisal cycle if the primary owner leaves the organization?
In Zoho People, appraisal cycles are not restricted to the administrator who created them. Other admins and the Super Admin can continue to access, track, and manage the appraisal cycle, even if the original owner is unavailable or has left the organization. There is no negative impact on the cycle’s settings or access, as long as appropriate admin or performance permissions are in place.
