How to redo an appraisal cycle in Zoho People without deleting the existing one?
To redo an appraisal cycle in Zoho People without deleting the existing one.
Please log in with Zoho People with Super Admin credentials. Please follow the below steps.
1. Please go to "Settings" in the top-right corner and navigate to "Operations" from the left side of the webpage.
2. A new screen will open. Under "Appraisal" and "Appraisal cycle" and Select the particular appraisal cycle you want to redo. Click on Clone (this will duplicate the existing cycle, retaining all configurations).
3. A new screen will open. Under "Add Appraisal Cycle" Rename the cloned cycle if needed, adjust the timeline or other details. Publish the cloned cycle to launch it as a new cycle.
This way, you keep the original appraisal cycle data intact and start a fresh cycle with similar settings.
