How can we set up CTC visibility for Functional Heads in Zoho People Performance Module?
To setup CTC visibility to Functional Heads.
Please log in to Zoho People with Super Admin Credentials. Please follow the below steps.
1. Please go to "Settings" to the top right corner and navigate to " Performance" and click on it.
2. A new screen will open. Under "Extend Service" go to "Forms" and "Form name" and click on "Performance Appraisal"
3. A new screen will open. Under " Performance Appraisal" go to " Customization" and click on "Current CTC" permission.
4. A new Popup will open "Permissions for Current CTC" and change the permission as per your requirement.
Note: Restrictions in Zoho People are based on user roles and permissions, not on the reporting hierarchy. Therefore, access to CTC depends on how the role permissions are configured. If Functional Heads and Team Leads/Reporting Managers share the same role or permissions, they will both be able to view CTC.
