How to assign access to the Zoho roles in the Performance module of Zoho People?
To assign the access to Zoho roles in the Performance module of Zoho People.
Please log in to Zoho People with Super Admin credentials. Please follow the below steps.
1. Please go to "Settings" to the top right corner and navigate to "Performance" click on it.
2. A new screen will appear. Navigate to "Permissions" go to "Field Permission," choose the required "Form" and "Role," and then click on "Configure Record Permission".
3. A new screen will open. Under "Record Permission" and "General Role," select the particular "Form" from the list and click on "Set Permission."
4. A new pop up will open. Under "Set Permissions" and "Select Role" from the list and click on "Select."
5. A new screen will open. Under "Role name " you can set permissions as per your requirement as No data, My Data, Reportees' Data, Reportees+My Data, All Data.
