How to trigger onboarding for other existing employees without generating any organization-wide notifications?

To trigger onboarding for other existing employees without generating any organization-wide notifications.

Please log in to Zoho People with Super Admin credentials. Please follow the below steps.

1. Please go to "Settings" to the top right corner and navigate to "Onboarding" and click on it.

2. A new screen will open. Under " Configuration" go to "Flow" under Employee Onboarding and click on "Employee Onboarding"

3. A new screen will open. Under "Employee Onboarding" go to "Welcome Feed" in post to select as "User"

4. You also need to disable the "Welcome to email Employee" option from Settings >> Onboarding >> Automation >> Notifications >> Under Customize the email template >> Disable the option "Welcome to email Employee"
