To add or upload a client testimonial document, you can add the file upload option in the self-appraisal form, which can be used by the employees to upload testimonials.
To add the file upload option in the self-appraisal form, please follow the steps below:
1. Log in to your Zoho People account with the admin credentials.
2. Go to the Settings (top right corner)
3. Click on "Performance"
4. Click on the "Extend Service" and then click on Self Appraisal
5. Drag and drop the file upload field from the left to the form in the middle
6. After adding the field in the form area. Click on the permission for that field to add the view and edit permission.
7. In the Permission window, you can add view and edit permissions as "My Data" for the roles as per your requirement. Click on" Save" to save the settings.
Now, the file upload field will be visible in the self-appraisal form, and the document can be uploaded.
