How to add a new designations to Zoho People?

To add new designations to Zoho people.

Please log in to Zoho People with Super Admin credentials. Please follow the below steps.

1. Please go to "Settings" to the top right corner and navigate to "Manage Accounts" click on it.



2. A new screen will open. Under "Organization Setup" go to "Designations" and click on "Add Designations"



3. A new screen will open. Under "Add Designation" fill all details as the requirement and "Submit" It.


4. Once added, go to the respective employee’s profile from Settings >> Manage Accounts >> Users >> All >> Click on particular Employee >> Edit >> Under Edit Employee >> Go to Designations >> Select the newly added Designation/Title >> Submit.
