How to change the Primary email Id on Zoho People?

The Super Admin can change the primary email.

Please log in to Zoho people with Supper Admin credentials. Please follow the steps below.

1. Please go the  "Settings" top right corner of the page and navigate to " Marketplace" and click on it.


2. A new screen will open. Under "Zoho" go to "Zoho directory" click on "Configure" .


3. A new pop up will open.  Please click on "View" click on view in sign-in activity.


4. Please go to Admin Panel >> Users >> Select the particular employee >> Manage Email Address and click on it


5, A screen will open. Under "Manage Email Address" Add email ID. If the domain is already verified with Zoho People, select it from the drop-down and fill in the new email ID (If the domain is not verified, select Other from the drop-down and fill in the email) click on the Star the added email to make it the default/primary email address.
