How to update the existing register email ID with another email ID?

To update your  existing register email ID/primary email ID with another email ID.

Please log in to Zoho people with Super Admin credentials. Please follow the below steps.

1. Please go the  "Settings" top right corner of the page and click on " Marketplace"


2. A new screen will open. Under "Zoho" go to "Zoho directory" click on "Configure" .


3. A new pop up will open and click on "View"


5. A new screen will open. Under "Users" and "Active users" and  "Click on the selected the user" and a new pop up will open " Manage Email Address" and click on it.




6. A new pop up will open. Under "Manage Email Address" and click on "Add email" dropdown and enter new secondary email ID and Click on "Add" . After adding the secondary email, mark it as Primary by clicking the star icon next to the new email
