How to convert an employee profile to a user?

To convert an employee profile to a user.

Please log in to Zoho People Super Admin credentials. Please follow the below steps.

1. Please go to "Settings" to the top right corner and navigate to "Manage Account" and click on it.

2. A new screen will open. Under "User"  go to "Employee Pr0file " and select the particular user and go to "Action"  under "Migrate to Employee. and Add the email ID of the and click on create.

Note: Please follow the above steps and use the email ID, as the user needs the email ID to log in to their account. To convert an employee into a user, a user license must be available.
