How to remove Password option while download files for active employee or inactive employee report from Zoho People 5.0.?
To remove the password protection from downloaded files.
Please log in to Zoho People with Super Admin credentials.
Please go to over all "Settings" to the top right corner and go to "Employee information" and click on it.
A new screen will open under "Extend Service" go to "Form name" and click on "Employee"
A new screen will open under "Employee form" go to "Customization" and "Form Properties" and Uncheck the "Password Protection" and refresh page.
