How to allow regularization for dates where the absence has already been converted into leave through the Absent Scheduler?

This is the standard behavior of the system. If the absence has already been converted into a leave using the Absent Scheduler, the system will not allow regularization for the same date.

The system provides an option to either regularize or apply leave manually only when the absence has not been auto-converted.

Therefore, if you need to regularize those days, the automatic leave conversion through the Absent Scheduler should be disabled or removed.


Note: There is no resolution available for this scenario. You need to choose one of the following approaches: either enable auto-conversion of absence to the LWD leave type through absent scheduler or proceed with manual action by regularizing or converting leave for the absent days.
