How we can provide access to team members to add new users on Zoho People.

You can  assign the user as a Module Admin for Employee module. This will allow them to add users and update all relevant information, enabling them to perform the required actions.

Please go to Settings >> Manage Account >> User Access Control >> Administrator >> Add user >> Select User >> click on Add

A new pop up will be open under "Employee" details you need to enable by clicking on the buttons and "Save" it
