How to change the performance method from KRA vs Goals to KRA in Zoho People?
To change the performance method from KRA vs Goals to KRA, please follow the steps below:
- Please navigate to Settings
- Go to Performance → Configuration
- Under Performance Method, select KRA instead of KRA vs Goals
- Save the changes

2. After the Performance Method, you can find the KRA option. Based on your organization’s requirements, you can configure the KRA settings here.
3. Once the KRA settings are configured, follow the steps below:
- Please go to Operations → Performance → Methods, and select KRA
- Click on KRA Library, then choose Add KRA to create your KRAs
If you find it difficult to add them manually, click on the three dots option and use the Import feature to upload all your KRAs at once into the KRA Library.
4. Once you have added or imported all your KRAs, go back to Methods and click on KRA. Here, you can tag KRAs based on your requirements—such as by designation, department, or location.
5. If you want to tag KRAs employee-wise, go to Operations and navigate to Performance. Then click on the KRA tab at the top and select Tag KRA. Choose Employee and then tag the appropriate KRAs for the selected employee.
6. Once you tag the KRA to the employee, it will reflect as shown in the screenshot.
