How to implement both KRA and Goals in Zoho people by 2 different methods?
To implement both KRA and Goals in Zoho people by 2 different methods,
1. KRA and Goals - both as independent method
Please go to "Settings" to the top right corner and navigate to "Performance" and click on it.
2. A new screen will open. Under "Configuration" go to "Performance Method" and then "KRA and Goals" and click on radio button "KRA and Goals"
3. KRA vs Goals - Goals will be associated with KRAs as a linked method
4. A new screen will open. Under "Configuration" go to "Performance Method" and then "KRA VS Goals" and click on radio button "KRA vs Goals"
Add KRA'S In Zoho People:
1. Please go to Operations >> Performance >> Methods >> KRA >> Add KRA.
2. Import the Organization KRA in the KRA library
Operations >> Performance >> Methods >> KRA >> Click on "Three dots" next to "KRA Library" and import.
3. Tag Those KRA according to Designation , Department and Location wise and assign the weightage.

Similarly add the Goals by importing the Goals Template , which Can be Done as such Operations >> Performance >> GOALs >> Click On 3 dot and Import.,
