How to disable the Zoho account MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication ) ?
To disable the MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication), please follow the below steps:
1. Log in to the Zoho account with your supper admin credentials.
2. Navigate to Settings (top right corner)
3. Click on "Marketplace"
4. Click on "Zoho" and then click on "Configure" on "Zoho Directory".
5. Click on "View" for 'Sign-in Activity"
6 Click on "User" (left menu) and then select the user for whom the MFA needs to be disabled. Click on the "Disable MFA" tab (top menu)
7. In the next window, click on "Disable" to disable the MFA. After the MFA is disabled the user will not be challenged with MFA on the next login. You can re-enable the MFA later at any time.
