How to add FAQs in the Cases ?

How to add FAQs in the Cases ?

To add the FAQs please follow the steps:

1. Log in to your Zoho People with the super admin credentials.
2. Navigate to Settings (top right corner)

 

3. Click on "Cases"



4. Click on "Categories" and then click on the category where you want to add the FAQs



5. Click on "FAQs" and click on "Add FAQ"
